Returns & Exchanges

We believe the quality and craftsmanship of our products will provide years of use. However, if within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in new condition, and in it's original packaging.

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and each item is inspected prior to shipping. If you believe your product is defective, it may be returned based on the product warranty. Please refer to warranty information prior to attempting a return your item. We reserve the right to verify if a product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.

Please contact Heirloom Living Inc. to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code. This number must appear on the outside of the packaging when returning your item. Please include a dated proof of purchase with your return.

SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the refund or replacement of product, without charge, which is defective in material or workmanship and which has not been misused, abused, or carelessly handled.
