General Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to process orders quickly and most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of being placed. Under normal circumstances, orders should arrive within 3-7 days (continental US). We ship via USPS, which typically takes 2-5 days for delivery depending on the service selected. Our cutoff time for USPS shipping is 2PM (Central). Orders processed and/or delivered to the post office after 5PM will ship the next business day. We may require additional time to process orders during holidays. Additionally, USPS orders shipped during the holidays may be slightly delayed due to high volume, and delivery service dates may not be guaranteed. You can read more about USPS guidelines here: https://www.usps.com/holiday/holiday-shipping-dates.htm
